After a three year break the 3rd dinner exceeded our own expectations!
What a great night it was upping the anti from our two previous events and sharing the night with 410 guests and our new hosts Kate & Barry helping the MFOC in raising in excess of $56,000 for Cancer Council SA.

Many Faces of Cancer – Mothers Day Classic
On the 11th of May the MFOC walked and some ran in the Mothers Day Classic
It was a great morning with people of all walks of life, fitness levels (mine being the slow walk) all coming together with their own personal stories for a common reason. A wonderful experience.

An annual tradition, the Mother’s Day Classic fun run and walk provides the community with a great way to celebrate Mother’s Day and raise funds for breast cancer research.
ABOUT THE MOTHERS DAY CLASSIC
The Mother’s Day Classic is a fun run/walk raising money for breast cancer research. It is one of Aus
tralia’s largest charity events and takes place in all capital cities and more than 70 metropolitan and regional locations across the country. Families, friends and colleagues come together at each event to do something fun, healthy and memorable on Mother’s Day.
What a great morning we had at our first MFOC event, it was wonderful to see so many South Australian’s out with family and friends, young and old all banding together for the same reason, to fight Cancer!
Our team had runners and walkers and we thank them all for the support and hope to build on it in 2015
From the whole team at the MFOC we hope you had a magnificent mothers day, I came home to presents and kisses and lunch out with my little ones and hubby, now time for a nap!!

On Saturday the 16th of June 2012, the Many Faces of Cancer held the inaugural Charity Dinner at the Hilton in Adelaide, with the event being a success with more than 250 people in attendance raising in excess of $23,000 for Cancer Council SA.
